Colour is the hard part in textiles. We work from your Pantone or a physical swatch, produce a dye lot and a woven strike-off for approval, and lock shade tolerance and shrinkage limits before the bulk warp goes on.
Packing & inspection
It has to survive the journey.
Textiles ship compressed, so the risk is creasing, damp and shade variation across cartons. We specify poly-bagging, desiccant where the route needs it, shade-band grouping per carton and clear marking for direct retail distribution.
